Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy explains what personal information The Oddity Dept collects when you visit this site or place an order, how we use it and who receives it.

What we collect

To take and fulfill your order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of what you ordered. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you send. Payments are made through PayPal; we receive confirmation of your payment and the contact and shipping details PayPal shares with us, but we do not see or store your full card number or PayPal password.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, provide support, prevent fraud and operate the store.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed to complete your order: our printing and fulfillment partner, Printful, receives your name, shipping address, contact details and order items in order to print and ship your order, and handles that information under its own privacy policy. PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy policy. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your package. Our website security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as your IP address to protect and serve the site. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping your session secure. We do not currently use advertising or social-media tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep, by using our contact form.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We offer youth sizes for purchase by parents and guardians, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we add services such as a newsletter or social media accounts, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required before using your information that way.
