Returns Policy

Every Oddity Dept item is printed to order for you by our printing partner, Printful. Because of that, we generally cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. Youth sizes are printed on a different shirt than adult sizes, so please check the youth measurements too.

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, tell us within 30 days after delivery. Use our contact form and include your order number, a description of the problem and one or more clear photos. We will work with our printing partner to make it right with a free replacement or a refund. In most cases you will not need to send the original item back.

If a package is lost in transit, report it within 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Size exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we cannot promise size exchanges. In some cases we may be able to help, so please contact us before ordering again.

Cancellations and changes

An order can be cancelled or changed only before it goes into production, which usually happens quickly. Use our contact form as soon as possible and include your order number. Once an order is in production we cannot cancel or change it. A cancelled order is refunded in full.

Refunds

All payments are made through PayPal, and approved refunds are returned to the same PayPal account or funding source that paid for the order. Refunds are issued after we approve the request. PayPal may take a few business days to show the refund in your account.

Wrong or undeliverable address

We are not able to refund or replace an order that could not be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or because the package was never claimed. A new shipping charge may be required to send it again.

Sending anything back

Please do not send anything back until we ask you to. If a return is approved, we will tell you where to send it. Contacting us first allows us to guide you through the process and ensures our printing partner’s Support Team can assist more efficiently.

PayPal disputes

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly. This does not limit any rights you have under PayPal’s buyer protection programs.
